Dairy Farmers Struggle to Find Workers

Despite consistent labor and more than fair pay, filling positions on dairy farms is becoming more and more difficult. Without access to the H2A program, farmers are left with very few ways to access legal immigrant laborers. I don't feel sorry for farmers it is unamerican to hire foreign labor I have been in dairy for 24 years dairy farms will hire people from Mexico before they would hire someone with experience and they pay Mexicans more money
