Let's Be Careful Out There
Forage choppers, tractors and combines are rolling across millions of acres of farm land this fall, not to mention all of the equipment needed to build forage piles and fill bunkers. In the rush to get the work done, don't overlook the importance of farm safety. This publication from University of Wisconsin Extension provides a good overview of what to watch for and consider while harvesting this fall.
Just remember, no amount of time savings can replace a life.
